                        1.5 cups Poha
                        1 tsp Oil - Neutral
                        1 pinch Asafoetida
                        0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
                        1 Serrano Pepper
                        0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
                        0.5 Onion - Yellow
                        0.5 Potato - Yukon Gold
                        0.5 cup Peanuts
                        5 Curry Leavess
                        
                        
                        Salt to taste
                        Lemon Juice to taste
                    
Soak in warm water for 5 minutes and then drain
    1.5 cup Poha
Chop
    1 Gold Potato
    .5 Yellow Onion
    1 Serrano Pepper
    .5 cup Peanuts
Boil potato chunks for 4 minutes
Saute momentarily
    .5 tsp mustard seeds
    5 curry leaves
    Pinch of Asafoetida
Saute until onion translucent
    Onion
    Serrano Pepper
Add to saute
    Peanuts
    Potato
    .25 tsp turmeric
Add to saute
    Poha
    .25 tsp turmeric
    Salt, to taste
Cook mixture on low with lid on for 4 minutes
Add Lemon Juice to taste
